Tomes Tuition provides services to nurture students’ academic and intellectual growth.
These activities bring our tutors into contact with children, whether at students’ homes, online or school settings. We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that children are protected from any type of abuse, and that their welfare and wellbeing is our first concern when dealing with safeguarding issues.
In this Safeguarding Policy document, we have outlined our procedures for safeguarding to protect children and young people, to ensure that our tutoring is always conducted in a positive, safe and nurturing environment.
At Tomes Tuition, we are committed to reviewing our policy and good practice annually.
Our tutors are Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and First Aid trained.
